European Network Against Arms Trade (ENAAT) meeting in London
July 7 to July 9. Arms fair action from July 11. - UK Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) is hosting the next annual European Network Against Arms Trade (ENAAT) meeting in London. It starts with a public meeting on the evening of Thursday 7 July and continues for representatives of European anti-arms trade campaigns on the Friday and Saturday. The ENAAT meeting takes place immediately before the Farnborough International Airshow, an arms fair held south of London. CAAT is planning an activist gathering on Sunday 10 July and will be organising a protest against the arms fair on Monday 11 July.
The activist gathering will be a chance to share stories and skills in taking action against the arms trade and will include action-planning for taking creative action against the Farnborough International Airshow. The action will give you the opportunity to highlight the role of your government and arms companies.
Thursday 7 July: Public event with speakers from anti-arms trade campaigns in several European countries. Time: 6.30pm

Friends House is opposite Euston station and is about 15 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras.

An opportunity to share stories of resistance and plan creative actions to end arms fairs like the Farnborough International Airshow.
Monday 11 July: Action against Farnborough International It is best known for its family-friendly weekend airshow, but its main purpose is the combined arms fair and civil aerospace exhibition. Most of the world's major arms companies have a presence at Farnborough, exhibiting a range of weaponry that includes missile systems, armoured vehicles and drones.
